3. Pricing & Payments

- A 50% deposit is required before commencing work.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the contract.

Clients grant Premiumade a non-exclusive right to use completed projects for promotional purposes, such as in portfolios or case studies, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made before the project initiation or as per the agreed terms in the contract.
- No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or partially completed.
